Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions, wording “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to PRAKAI PTY LTD. All information on this website, including the purchase of our product/s, is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. The information is intended for residents of Australia only.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We recommend that each time you access our website, you read these terms and conditions.

Scope of Practice

Massage therapy is designed to promote balance, relaxation, and reduce muscle tension. Our therapists do not diagnose medical conditions. For health concerns, you may be referred to a licensed medical professional. Regular sessions are recommended for cumulative therapeutic benefits.

Appointments

Opening Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Saturday to Sunday: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment is required at the start of your session (no deposit needed).

  • If you wish to stop or change therapists during the session:

    • You must inform us within the first 10 minutes of the massage to receive a full refund if another staff member is not available to continue.

    • If you stop after 10 minutes, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.

  • If no notice is given and you are 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

Online Product Orders

  • We supply products only within Australia.

  • Product availability is not guaranteed.

  • Prices are in AUD, inclusive of GST, and may change at any time.

  • Packaging and postage are extra and calculated at checkout.

  • You must provide accurate contact and payment details.

  • Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled unless still pending our acceptance.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch.

Order Cancellation Due to Error

If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information due to typographical error or oversight, PRAKAI PTY LTD reserves the right to cancel the transaction. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

Product Descriptions

We strive for accurate descriptions but do not guarantee that images or descriptions fully represent the product or service.

Respect of Boundaries

We maintain a professional, safe environment where both client and therapist must respect boundaries:

  • Underwear must be worn; no underwear, no massage.

  • Breast and genital areas will not be massaged under any circumstances.

  • Any sexual interaction, request, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, no refund, and a report to authorities.

Sickness Policy

If you are unwell, please inform us as soon as possible to reschedule.

  • Clients showing signs of illness upon arrival will not be serviced.

  • This policy is in place for the health and safety of staff and other clients.

Our Website and In-Venue Services

  • All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.

  • Menus, treatments, and price lists are available on our homepage.

  • We may amend information and prices at any time.

  • Services for customers under 18 require adult supervision.

Site Access

You are granted a limited licence to access and use our website for personal purposes only.

  • Under the Copyright Act 1968, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or display any content without prior written permission.

Disclaimers

We take reasonable care to provide accurate website information but do not offer warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to your computer or systems due to use of our site or linked sites.

Statutory Guarantees and Warranties to Consumers

Under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (C&C Act), you are entitled to statutory guarantees if you are a consumer.

  • If goods or services are defective, we will repair, replace, rectify, or refund.

Limitation of Liability

If you are not a consumer under the C&C Act, our liability is limited to the supply or re-supply of the services or products purchased.

Indemnity

By using our website, you agree to indemnify PRAKAI PTY LTD against claims, damages, and expenses resulting from your use.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If delays exceed 30 days, we may terminate the agreement with notice.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of NSW, and disputes will be handled in NSW courts.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
